What ClipBunny Does

ClipBunny is a browser-based video compression tool. All video processing happens locally on your device using WebAssembly technology. We provide the software; you provide the videos.

Your Videos, Your Responsibility

• You must have the right to compress and use the videos you process
• Don't use ClipBunny for illegal content
• You retain all rights to your videos - we never see or store them

Free vs. Premium

Free Tier

• Available to everyone
• Core compression features
• May have processing limits

Premium Subscription

• Monthly or annual billing via Stripe
• Cancel anytime - no questions asked
• Refunds considered on a case-by-case basis
• Access continues until the end of your billing period after cancellation

No Warranty

ClipBunny is provided "as is". We do our best to make it work well, but:

• We can't guarantee 100% uptime
• Compression results may vary based on your browser and device
• We're not liable for any issues with your compressed videos

Acceptable Use

Don't use ClipBunny to:

• Process illegal content
• Attempt to exploit or attack our systems
• Resell access to the service
• Automate usage in ways that harm the service

Changes to the Service

We may update features, pricing, or these terms. For significant changes, we'll provide notice via email (if you have an account) or on the website.

Termination

You can stop using ClipBunny anytime. We can terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
